Actually, SP2 made you pc safer. I had the same problem as you until I
downloaded all the essential updates from windowsupdate. All together don't
have this problem, but if you install one but not another, you get this
problem. Well, that's what happenned to me. I'm running SP2 and everything
works fine- and safer than before.
