O.K., I could have tried this prior to posting, but I wasn't sure if I would
even get it up and running.
So, CSS resources are automatically filed under Style Sheets, so the mime type
is text/html, which works. JS files are still filed under files and served as
text/html as well. Images, PDF files, Office files and so on seem to all get
the correct corresponding mime type.
