There should be a supported YUI style set of tools for Domino available from IBM by now. Yeah, yeah, yeah - we know the standard answers from IBM; too busy with Hannover, backward compatibility and internationalization issues... When they do deliver it you can bet that the first step will involve installing websphere portal. :-(
