Jake, even if I'm late, but here is an which is running for some months now in the public. It may not be as hot as Google Wave, but it looks fine, has several Web 2.0 concepts and is one of the first commercial XPages product.
And BTW behind the scenes it has many interesting concepts like 100% multi-language capability (from strings up to date formats) or using webservices for data-connectors.
