  1. I have a multi-column categorized view, embedded on a page, which is the source for an iframe contained on my database’s main page. In order to fix their location, the view’s navigation controls are on the main page. As such, I am unable to use the @Command and @DBCommand navigation statements.

    I have tried to use the &Start and &Count arguments with limited success. The problem arises from the differences in the view’s display (fully collapsed, partially expanded, fully expanded) and from the fact that the user can change the view’s status at any time. For example, if the view is fully collapsed and a temporary Next Page control within the iframe is clicked on, the &Start value is 30. However, if the view is fully expanded and the control is click on, the &Start value is 4.2.1. I have no idea how to calculate that value!

    I would also like to be able to display a Page “page_number” of “total_number_of_pages” pages counter. However, the “total_number_of_pages” changes as the view is collapsed or expanded.
