Yes, Domino doesn't have any kind of scaffolding add ins like this, but now that we have eclipse as an IDE, it would not be that difficult to build something based on a java class that was specified to do the same thing. In fact one could build a scaffolding type app to connect Xpages up to a RDBMS, just as your mvc app is. The possibility is there for sure.
