Using pages to hold the javascript did not work for me either. I tried to copy
all scripts to the JS Header section of the CommonField subform. And the app
works in R5 smoothly.
CSS files may be put in pages.
However, R5 has a difficult time saving the subform with the large amount of
javascript, I save the modified subform in R6 instead.
