Have included the validator code into my notes form and it works well.
I told some of the fields no longer require validation.
So I removed them from the regFields array and reset index. When I test this
form it appears to be validating exactly the same as before. As if I haven't
changed the form.
I assumed it was a caching problem in my IE browser so I deleted the temporary
file. This didn't fix the problem.
