    Mmmm... yeah, having two accounts complicates things a bit ;D.

    Fortunately, you can actually authorize both iTunes accounts in the computer (just as in the iPad). It's not obvious, though. There is an Advanced > Authorize this computer menu in iTunes. Login into the apple store (in itunes) with each account and authorize the computer. If you do so, you'll be able to sync apps, music, movies... bought with both accounts.

    I recommend that you use just one account to buy things, though, as it can be a hassle to update apps (you can have apps from many accounts, but to update you have to be logged in with with the correct one). If you haven't bought anything from your Mac Mini, I would actually just change the account into the old one, authorize and be done with it.

    P.S. You can actually use this menu option if you decide to change the computer with which you sync/backup (if you change your Mac or decide to sync with your PC, for example).
