But the upside is they have managed to quickly capture some new information
without waiting for a developer to make the change for them.
As I said these are SMB clients with 5 to 20 users... Project life cycle
development is not high on their agenda.
Having worked in large companies where design was 80% of the work, to SMB where
it is %20 definitely makes life interesting. As a freelancer you may see more
of this.
