Lotus Script is only used in Lotus Notes applications, and it works only in Lotus Notes. If someone expects to hire lotus notes developers they should expect them to maintain lotus notes apps that use lotus script. Traditional Java developers will never work in lotus notes, thats for sure. Only some Lotus Notes developers try to use Java out of their own interest.
