What's happening in Singapore is Government is pushing to have a Standard Operating Environment which is dubbed as SOEasy. And not all Ministries are inside that program. They are already seeing that it's not SO Easy. The vendors who are doing it is already releasing that they don't gain much profit out of it.
Btw, when i searched for SP in Jobsdb it is only 20 and the demand is only from .NET which is more than 80 as compared to LN which is only 5 - Just the facts
