Just a note for anybody struggling to get this working: If you add
v2AttachmentOptions="0" to a existing documents, it seems not to work. My guess
is that Notes has already decided to add the attachment icon when the document
is saved. If you add the field afterwards, you've missed the boat! However, new
documents (posibly re-saved documents) with the v2AttachmentOptions field will
prevent the attachment showing in the Notes Client. I think forum gossip on
this only working in lowercase is a red-herring!
