I'm with you Jake, although not as a developer but as an admin. I'm down to a handful of Domino customers anymore, and that group will probably shrink to a few less as they talk of moving to the cloud or all Microsoft technologies.
Adapt and survive is my motto! VMware, Active Directory, SQL Server, Exchange, and Sharepoint upgrades are what my customers are talking about, and I'm more than happy to do the work. I still got two to get through college!
What I'm afraid of is that eventually with Domino, I'll be like I am with the Mainframe and System i (AS/400) stuff I used to do. I won't know what I don't know.
