I have to admit this whole topic is rather like comparing apples and oranges ... XPages aren't a "presentation framework" ... XPages are design elements to create XHMTL representations of Domino data. The presentation layer is CSS. OneUI, Webstandard, etc are all just prebuilt CSS frameworks that you can apply to your application to get an out of the box consistent UI experience for your applications, which is something that Domino Web Development has lacked as a core "slap it on feature" until now.
The presentation piece can and is anything you can and want to do ... There isn't anything that says you can't apply "Flexy Admin" to your Xpages application ...
