@Patrick: I agree. If I put in a rating system in my aggregator, it would be for posts, not for blogs. Also, I think I'd want to combine rating and tagging, so that you could apply one rating per tag. I.e., if a post is tagged "Domino" and "Web" and "AJAX", it would potentially have different ratings for each.
