Think of a mono-lingual form. You wouldn't normally think of making the labels
a user-editable setting would you. So why make it editable just because there's
more than one language? Field lables are part of the design and so belong in
the design of the form. IMHO ;o)
Of course, I see the benefit of having it editable, i just think it's a recipe
for disaster...
