One thing that you mention is the need to have the same fields on the Domino
form as on the HTML form ie. fields used for browser display purposes only
still need to be on the underlying Domino form. If you don't do this, then you
get an error on submitting the form.
I know you mentioned this in the article, it's just that it stumped me for ages!
Also, doesn't passing the ParentUNID into the form generate a parent-child
relationship anyway?

eg. quick polls, ratings, etc.
