Jake, I see your point, but one of the things my SMB clients ask for is a way
to add user defined fields. So I have a "config" document that can make visible
an extra tab with fields to a form that the user can customize.
The rationale is they don't want to call me if they need an extra field added
or a label changed. It's ugly but if the difference is $$$ or a simple
workaround to the way they work, they'll take the cheap way.
