It will take still screen shots, which you an annotate, and 5 minute video screencasts, which you can't edit. You can store them locally on your hard drive or host them for free on the screencast.com web site.

He generates far more than just the USA states, but covers a lot of the world and them puts it into almost and format you want. Be sure to look at the advanced part.
