find the solution at codestore.net.
As to the fee, a modest fee is surely acceptable. For new users, I would
introduce a 30 day trial period, for example. Use the site for free for 30 days
and then you have to pay to further use it.
Just ask people to register the first time they use the site and verify if the
email address they provide doesn't allready exist in the database. (to catch
freeloaders)
