I have run across cases where you save an image as an attachment to a document
and it will not display for anonymous users. Using an image resource, as long
as the resource is marked for public access, this is not a problem. I am not
sure if the attachment problem is a bug or not but this is one workable
solution that circumvents this problem without having to shell out more $ for
some third party app to do the same thing.
