The 8 character thing is a restriction on other OSs aprat from DOS (I think).
Better to be safe than sorry. Notice that when you create a new database on a
server Notes auto-generates a suggestion for the file name from the title you
enter. It restricts this to 8 characters.
Storing CSS is a case of using the method you prefer. Personally I use Pages
and paste the CSS straight in. R6 will have CSS "support" but from what I can
see it still aint pretty...
