According to Developer Help (at least for R5) @Unique is not supported for web
applications. I'm not sure why but I suspect it has something to do with the
fact that the server is standing in for the user in some situations. We have
been able to create situations where @unique yielded non unique keys. (As far
as I can make out the version with a parameter - which has a confusingly
different meaning - works just fine on the web)
