i know the thread is not recent, but...
you have the HTTPS CGI field that says whether you use SSL or not. And, with SERVER_NAME, you can put in your HTML head :
DBPath := @ReplaceSubstring ( @Subset(@DbName;-1);"\\":" ";"/":"+"); "<base href=\""+@If(HTTPS="on";"https://";"http://")+SERVER_NAME+"/"+DBPath+"/\" />"
still what i don't like in the BASE tag is that the <a href="#top"> get confused (or is it me ?).
