Help Motivate Me

On Sunday morning I — with a week to go before the real thing — I managed to run 12.2 miles without stopping and in 98 minutes. This has given me the confidence to think that not only can I actually complete the half marathon this coming Sunday, but also that, with a little more effort, I could even break my 100 minute goal.

To help provide me with that little bit of extra motivation required to beat 100mins I could do with some sponsor money from you guys. If you want to sponsor me you can do so here. As before I'm raising money for my friend's little boy, George.

Why not offer to double the amount if I break the 100 minute barrier?!

Remember before I went away for a week I had a flurry of activity with all the calendar stuff? Well, at the time I asked that anybody who found it useful remembered this when I next asked for sponsorship. So, if you've found that code or any other part of codestore of help recently please show your appreciation of the time it takes me to do so.

Realistically Colin that's only likely to be an increase of a pound or two. If at all ;o) But, yeah, every penny counts.

  6. Jake - Put me down for a tenner.. Good luck with the run and thanks for all your hard work and ideas. Regards Alastair
