Wow..

just very odd... I got it working I think... disabled my Norton Firewall... I
got frustrated and started to manually add the files... then went back to check
via the windows explorer. and I could remove the files from the NSF to OS but
not OS to NSF... configured Dreamweaver again... and the remote folder got
populated, but quicky timed out... Disabled the firewall and it seems to be
flowing nicely now...
