Here you will find the results of all the matches in the World Cup of 2002, held jointly in Japan and Korea.
The purpose of this database is to use the above results as the statistics required to demonstrate the use of SVG as a reporting technology. Using the results we can build a whole array of charts to display things like the number of fouls commted by each country and the number of goals scored at each individual stadium. The possibilites are huge. The practicality is tiny. Hey, it's good fun though.
Please note that this site has nothing at all to do with football's governing body, FIFA, and that Jake has more than likely made a few mistakes when recording the results. Apart from the one shown below. There can be no mistaking that result!
