Verizon, here in the US, has taken to putting in an init script that will actually RE-INSTALL the bloatware apps, if you've uninstalled them without having an alternate ROM.
So, make sure your carrier hasn't done the same thing. Reboot your phone, and make sure that app hasn't come back from the dead.
