I love the S3. More so than I have any other phone I've owned.
As for size. Yes, it's big. But that's good. Big = more screen = easier to use. It's not too big though. Not for me. Maybe for other people. As I see it, as long as it fits in my pocket comfortably I'm ok. It's in my jeans pocket now and I'm sat at a desk and had to check it was there (I didn't know if it was or not). Point being it's not like it's annoyingly large.
