* I didn't really think about where it was going in the response tree. Dumb me.
* For some reason I was thinking of those posts about the CGI variables in
Session.DocumentContext and I confused myself into thinking I was responding to
that.
Yes, both reasons are mutually exclusive and I thought both though probably
only semi-simultaneously.
