Another reason you may see "Special Database Object cannot be located" is if
you are using webqueryopen or webquerysave agents, and the agent name is
misspelled or the "When should this agent run?" or "Which document(s) should it
act on?" choices are inappropriate. I usually use "Manually from actions menu"
and "Run once (@Commands may be used)" respectively.
