Much more simple than that. It's a Grid (which, as you know, is like an HTML table).
The icons themselves are a simple component based on the Box container element. In the box is just an Image and a Text element.
The tricky part was that the Grid doesn't support drag-drop out the box, so all the events need custom handlers. Not too tricky though.
Off to look at code bubbles now...
