Ok, thanks again Jon. This seems like the perfect option for "simple" views. I
did some testing on a database with 124,000 documents in the view and the
compute time was 0s!!
I've updated the article and demo db to reflect that this is definitely the
preferred approach. Search() is only to be used where things like
categorisation are to be included and CreateViewNavFromCategory() can't be used
as the view is too large.
