That'a what I use on a redirecting page to open my startup form. If you do have
control over the server configuration it seems like a good idea to me to set up
a number of URL redirections like this:
/index.htm --> /path/dbname.nsf/index.html
(Don't be fooled, index.html is an alias for my startup form in this case ;-)).
From my (faily low) point of view, it seems desireable to have rediretions for
/index.html, /default.htm and /default.html as well.
