You could probably do it in JavaScript easy enough. Add some @Formula to the
HTTPHeader that creates an array of the attachments already on the document.
Use @AttachmentNames for this. Then, in the onsubmit event, or similar, check
whether the name of the file in the File Upload Control is already in this
array. If so alert the user.
