As Jeff said, I was going to say that a Tweetdeck search of "lotus AND (notes OR domino)" might have been more representative, but then you could argue that you would need to "counter-balance" that with a Tweetdeck search of "SharePoint AND Office" or "SharePoint and <client app name>". Still an interesting observation, though.
