    Henning,

Your response is a bit all over the place, but it seems you're saying that IBM are no more evil than the other vendors ? Does it really matter if they are ? We generally work with one platform. So, what other vendor's do in that regard becomes irrelevant. But on the notion of "evilness", one BP I know of also supports Sharepoint conversions in order to stay afloat because the market for Domino has completely evaporated.

Within 24 hours of IBM hearing about it, they terminated their BP membership with no explanation. Which is total hypocrisy considering there are many other dual IBM/MS BP's out there as well.

It's all about knowledge-share with meaningful results. MS certainly "share the love" alot more competently than IBM. Their attention and resource focus on "social business" is not connecting (ironically), with customers and is also starving other areas from constructively delivering the next evolution in established technology.

I think it would help things if IBM stopped promoting internally, as it just perpetuates the culture that is clearly missing the mark with it's customers.
