I found a job as a Domino admin at a government agency this year, after half a year of unemployment.
I'm also investigating alternative career-paths, but I'm still not sure which one to pick. I doubt my employer is willing to invest in a SharePoint or SQL training when my job is only Domino admin (and a bit of development). Self-study is still an option, but I can't imagine why a potential employer would here a self-study guy when there are so many MCSE's available on the job market who have "real" experience.
