I've been thinking about a move into Project Management and/or Business Analysis - or running a pub - as well, however as with moving into other technologies the problem is getting that first job. I've been in the same boat as yourself (and many others here) for a while i.e. Domino work dropping off, but have been stuck in the headlight glare of what to go into - there seems to be so many options (apart from .net/Java, there're Sharepoint/Dynamics, Google (apps), looking deeper into BPOS etc, or trying to think of actual products to build), and when an opportunity doesn't present itself, it's difficult to know which one to pick. We have more Microsoft knowledge here than anything else, but getting into that space would still be hard. And now I've just turned the dreaded 40, maybe I should open that pub....
