These two might be a little specific but they've happened to me so they could
happen to any of us:
Error 500 - HTTP Web Server: Lotus Notes Exception - No 'SendTo' field in
document. Use 'Forward' on the 'Actions' menu instead.
Reason = I had a blank SendTo field on a document and an @MailSend formula in
the WQS event. Needed to make sure the field was not blank.
Error 500 - Server mapping error. The server is misconfigured.
Reason = I had created my own HTML <form> element on a Domino form and had left
the action attribute blank. Domino didn't know what to do with the form once it
was submitted...
