Same here in Norway, none of the big consultant companies does Notes at all. It some small niche companies that provides Notes Consultants. On the Norwegian Lotus Usergroup meetings it's the same old faces for the last 5 years. No new customers, no new developers.
When I saw the speaker list from Lotusphere this year it felt like 2005 all over again.
I love to develop for Notes, used it for many years. I was quite good at it also, but for my own financial security I switched to Sharepoint a couple of years ago .
