   1. add a button with the formula @command([filesave]);@command([FileCloseWindow]);

   2. put this button in an hidden div

   3. call this button click event and not the submit() or onsubmit() functions.

   this workaround can also help to get over java applet submit bugs in R5 (if you hate your users enough to use those applets at all)
