Well, I'm pretty sure that it should work out-of-the-box that way (can't verify as I'm running 8.5.4 currently).
But hey, it's Eclipse. Go to "Window" => "Customize Perspective", select "Open Perspective" from the Submenus drop down and go for what you need/want.
