It depends on the query - is it possible to restrict the query selected fields?
Say for an example, in your case - an Employee Profile database, do you need to
search in every field? Would it be better to restrict the query to look up
only selected fields? Say First & Last names, jobtitle, description ...

This query will only return documents having "Sanil" as a word somewhere in the fullname.
