To maximize your learning in the minimum amount of time, find a pet project or real-world use project that combines as many useful/learning elements as possible. It is obvious advise but if you cant add time, all you can do is make the existing time more effective. Also remove tasks that do not add to your bottom line. Your new bottom line is your current business and your new learning, the rest can wait, except for your family :)
