I found that I had modified my server document in the wrong spot. If you look
at the server document, select the "Internet Protocols" tab and then select
"Domino Web Engine" tab. At the bottom of this tab is a field called Web Agent
Timeout (in seconds). This was initially set to 30 secs. I'm assuming this is
the default. Anyhow, you can change the number to be higher or you can set it
to 0 which allow the agent to run indefinitely (at least until you crash you
server Remember to restart your server once you've made the change.
