After I have installed the debugger I recognized the same problem but I can fix
it.
If you have installed the Debugger and use him the first time, the debug window
will be minimized. It than seams that the window is empty.
Try to maximize the window. You have to resize the debug window (the one which
contains the code) also.
If you start the debugger the next time it should be okay.
