How about filtering? Groups?

1) Is there a smart way to filter the data coming from a viewentries query by a
notes formula? I don´t want all users to be available for selection and don´t
want to create that many filtered views in the Domino Directory. I have a
property on the person documents which should be checked if it matches a
formula based on the current user´s name.


2) The person icon seems to be static in the list of hits from readviewentries.
Is there any easy way to grab this icon dynamically from the notes view instead
of the css? (e.g. to support groups to be selected).
