working with commad window hangs debugger

Hello,


I installed the debugger on my Windows 2000 Server, and when I open a command
window and enter "Enter" key in it, the debugger hangs, so I have to end it
with Task Manager. My NT works with the debugger just fine, but I really need
it on 2000 because of NT problems with unicode.


I would appreciate any advice, thank you very much,
